Our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. The defective product will be sent to the respective factory for defect verification and await a response.

This process may take between 30 to 90 business days.

Warranty claims will only be accepted for defects related to manufacturing. Discontinued or clearance items are not covered by warranty.

To claim a product defect, please write to customerservice@topwear.com with your order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the defect.

Both the company and the brand are responsible for ensuring this process is carried out.
