Making a Purchase
How do I make a purchase at www.topwear.com?
- Finding Items: Search by keyword or item number, or browse categories from the Home Page. Use the sort functions to narrow your search.
- Learning More: Click on any product to visit its detail page for full information.
- Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag: Choose your size and color (if applicable), enter the quantity, and check availability before adding to your bag.
Shopping Bag Options: Review orders, update quantities, remove items, continue shopping, or proceed to secure checkout. You can also save items for later purchase.
SHIPPING COST
Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $65! If your purchase exceeds $65, the shipping of your order is on us. For orders less than $65, a shipping fee of $6.50 applies.
Orders are shipped via our courier service and are dispatched within 24 business hours of making the purchase.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Delivery takes between 3 to 8 business days (depending on the delivery location) from the billing date. Once billed, you will receive an email with the tracking code of the order to monitor its location at all times.
IN-STORE PICKUP
If you are in the Miami area, you have the option to purchase on our website and pick it up at our physical store! You will receive a WhatsApp message when the product is ready to be picked up!
MISSED DELIVERY
If no one is available to receive your order, the courier service will leave a notice at your address. The package will return to the courier’s local office and will be held for a week (7 days) for you to pick up. Please track your order on the courier's website.
If the order is not picked up within a week (7 days), it will return to our facility; we will then contact you to arrange a new delivery date. This new shipment will be at the customer's expense.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
To exchange a product, it must be in perfect condition, with original packaging, labels, and purchase receipt.
Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to request an exchange. Please send an email to customerservice@topwear.com with your contact details, order number, and reason for the exchange.
One of our customer service representatives will respond to your query within 24 to 48 hours and will instruct you on how to proceed according to your request.
If your purchase exceeds $100, the first exchange is free, so please email us and await further instructions. Otherwise, if your purchase is less, the shipping cost for the exchange will be the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability; the company is not responsible for any price changes of the new product selected.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects. The defective product will be sent to the respective factory for defect verification and await a response.
This process may take between 30 to 90 business days.
Warranty claims will only be accepted for defects related to manufacturing. Discontinued or clearance items are not covered by warranty.
To claim a product defect, please write to customerservice@topwear.com with your order number, contact details, and a detailed description of the defect.
Both the company and the brand are responsible for ensuring this process is carried out.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition and should be sent to our specified return address in Miami.
If the product is not in the appropriate condition, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Please note, COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will NOT be accepted.
